End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

1. License Grant

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with applicable agreements, Lambda Crunch, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use KrunchIQ for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where law permits.
• Resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or provide KrunchIQ as a managed service without written permission.
• Bypass or disable platform security, tenant isolation, usage limits, or technical controls.
• Use KrunchIQ in violation of law, third-party rights, or applicable service terms.

3. Ownership

KrunchIQ and all related intellectual property are owned by Lambda Crunch, Inc. or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership rights.

4. Updates and Changes

Platform updates, feature changes, and maintenance releases may be provided at Lambda Crunch, Inc.'s discretion to improve functionality, security, and reliability.

5. Term and Termination

This license remains effective while your account and subscription are active and may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, or breach of applicable terms.

6. Third-Party Components

KrunchIQ may include or interoperate with third-party software and services subject to their respective license terms and policies.

7. Governing Terms

This EULA supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a separate written agreement applies between your organization and Lambda Crunch, Inc., that agreement controls in case of conflict.
