This DPA describes baseline processing commitments between Lambda Crunch, Inc. and KrunchIQ customers where customer data includes personal data subject to applicable privacy laws.
Customers generally act as controllers (or equivalent), and Lambda Crunch, Inc. acts as processor/service provider for customer-submitted datasets processed by KrunchIQ.
KrunchIQ processes personal data solely to provide contracted services, platform support, security, analytics functionality, and authorized integrations according to documented customer instructions.
KrunchIQ may engage subprocessors for hosting, storage, communications, monitoring, and service delivery functions under written confidentiality and data protection obligations.
KrunchIQ provides reasonable assistance to customers in addressing requests for access, deletion, correction, portability, or objection, where technically feasible and legally required.
Where required, cross-border transfers are supported by appropriate contractual or legal safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.
KrunchIQ will notify affected customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed security incident impacting customer personal data, and will provide available details needed for customer response obligations.
This DPA supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is an executed customer agreement or negotiated DPA, that agreement takes precedence.
